Terms of Use

These terms apply to sabiapps.com and the apps on its subdomains (the "Services"), operated by Sabi Apps. By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Using the Services

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to disrupt them, access them by automated means at a volume that harms performance, probe them for vulnerabilities without permission, or use them to upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to share.

2. Accounts

Some apps require an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your workspace.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of documents and text you submit. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Services to you. When you submit a translation suggestion or vote in Yarn, you give us a free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, edit and publish that suggestion as part of the phrasebook.

4. No professional advice

• Translations from Yarn may be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for legal, medical or other important matters.
• PolicyPilot results are informational and are not legal advice.
• MarketEdge is not investment advice, and SportEdge is not betting advice. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future results. SportEdge is for adults 18+ only.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Services at any time. Some features depend on servers that may be offline for maintenance.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabi Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third-party links and ads

The Services may show ads and link to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
